PINCHITOtapas launch Paella Masterclasses

 

London, April 2010: Award winning tapas group PINCHITOtapas is launching its paella masterclasses, perfect for Spanish cooking enthusiasts looking to learn how to make this signature Spanish dish.
                                                                                                               
The classes will run from 6.30pm to 8.30pm and are designed for a minimum of 10 people, with a cost of £40 per person. The first classes will take place on the first week of every month.
 
These cookery classes are ideal for a team building exercise or a birthday party with a difference, students will learn from professional chefs which ingredients work best and how to source them, as well as methods of preparing and cooking the dish. Classes finish with a paella dinner, accompanied by pitchers of sangria.
 
PINCHITOtapas - Background
PINCHITOtapas adheres to a mantra inspired by Spanish culture and cuisine. Following the success of the original EC1 site the restaurant has recently launched a second site on Bayley Street, WC1.  The group was founded by trained mixologist Jason Fendick in 2007, whose portfolio also includes renowned hospitality consultancy group The Gorgeous Group, and various London bars including Zeta, Steam and Rockwell Jason also co-founded, and remains the Director of, 8 Track Music Solutions, which supplies music to London’s high-profile restaurants.

Winner of many prestigious awards, including Restaurant Magazine’s ‘Best Dish in the UK’ for 2 years running for their cheese plate, PINCHITOtapas upholds neighbourhood values and promotes congenial, communal eating, popularised by Spanish dining culture.
 
PINCHITOtapas’ menu includes many typical Spanish favourites, including Tortilla de Patatas (a Spanish tortilla), Rabas de Calamar (deep fried squid), and Tabla de Embutidos (a mixed meat platter which includes chorizo, lomo and salchichon.)
